A designer is not always required, and in many cases you may be able to do the design yourself. If you choose to handle the design yourself, you will be responsible for providing us with a list of all of your product selections and floor plan specifications. This process can be discussed during the consultation as every project is different and has varying degrees of complexity.
-
Depending on the type of project, design services may or may not be included/provided at the time of the quote. Feel free to give us a call and ask us about your project.

By nature, the remodeling process can be loud and disruptive at times. Our team will do our best to work around you and your family’s schedule so there is as little disruption to your daily life as possible. But it’s important to have realistic expectations and understand that life may look a little different during the project.

The work area can be very dusty at times, but we have a wide variety of equipment, products and methods to prevent it spreading. We will install dust barriers, dust fans & air scrubbers, floor mats, and we install additional filters to protect your HVAC system. We try our best to sweep and vacuum frequently as well, which goes a long way.
We will also cover your floors to protect them during the remodel process.

A full kitchen or bathroom remodel can vary in length greatly depending on the scope of work. A less involved project might only take 2-3 weeks, but an extensive project could be 8+ weeks. Give us a call with your project details and we’ll let you know!
