New Eastern was founded in 2014 by twin brothers, Ryan and Trevor Primm who grew up working alongside their parents in the construction industry. Over the last decade, they have worked to build a team of expert carpenters and tradespeople that allow them to tackle a wide variety of project types. Not sure where to start? Contact us to schedule a free consultation. We’ll meet with you and look at your space to discuss ideas and help point you in the right direction. During this time we can give you a general estimated cost range as well as how long we believe the project will take.

Once the design is complete we will provide you with a detailed quote and timeline. At this point, changes can still be made until you’re completely comfortable with the design and plan. Every aspect of your project will be provided in writing for clarity and transparency.

You can work with one of our preferred design partners, bring your own designer, or do it yourself. Our in-house showroom is here for clients to see, touch and experience different design options so you can make an informed choice that makes the most sense for your home.

Once the proposal is accepted, we provide you with access to our online project management tool so you can follow along throughout the project. Inside your home, our priority is to protect your adjacent interior spaces with floor covering and dust barriers so any disruption to the rest of your home is kept at a minimum.

Construction is complete! You’ll work closely with a project manager along the way to ensure everything is meeting your expectations. When every box on the punch list is checked, we’ll get out of your way and let you enjoy your beautiful new space!
